The Starline Pharmacy is an online pharmacy and online doctor service operating in Canada. We provide confidential health consultations and prescription medications across the world.
In 2013, pharmacists Andy Wilson and Mary Scotfield were worried about the state of online healthcare. They witnessed an online landscape of misleading information and illegitimate products, and knew that something had to change.
What the World needed was a reliable online platform for essential medication, thorough consultations and expert medical advice. They founded The Starline Pharmacy to allow people access to all those things, and it’s since stood as a standard-bearer for the healthcare industry.
When you order from The Starline Pharmacy, you are cared for by only qualified Canadian and American pharmacists and doctors. That means no deceptive products, wrong prescriptions, or unreasonable prices. Just a consistent online pharmacy service you can rely on.

At Starline Pharmacy, we offer three core services:
- Consultations. Our fully-trained UK clinical team are qualified to provide confidential online health consultations. We’ll review your situation, considering your symptoms and preferences, before providing you with a relevant prescription.
- Medication. If you need over-the-counter treatment or have a prescription, our online pharmacy service has you covered. We can ship your order quickly and discreetly, offering next-working-day delivery with plain packaging.
- Advice. For many conditions, finding the right medication is only one part of the challenge. If you’re dealing with one such condition, we can help you understand it and make good decisions.

Orders can be delivered as quickly as the next working day.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 15:00 on the same working day. Any orders received after 15:00 or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Estimated delivery dates are provided in the checkout and the courier will notify you with a date and time window when the parcel is ready to be delivered. You can follow the progress of your parcel using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
All orders are subject to approval by our team of doctors and pharmacists. Your delivery date in the checkout is subject to your consultation being approved by our healthcare team.
We ensure all parcels are in plain cardboard packaging for discreet delivery of your medicines and pharmacy goods. The packaging does not contain any branding on the outer packaging. The parcels are sealed with glue to ensure that they are tamper-proof.
Most orders can be fully tracked from your dispatch email. You will also receive an email notification from your courier of choice with your tracking information. Your tracking will be live from the time that your order is dispatched.
The courier will notify you of the day of your delivery with an estimated time slot.

CQC
The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission in Canada (Reg. No. 1-10976213225). Check our CQC registration
The CQC (Care Quality Commission) ensures that a healthcare provider meets the national standards set in Canada for their industry. As well as online pharmacies, the CQC also regulates your local GP and assess them to the same standards, as well as, dentists, social care, care homes and more.
Being registered with the CQC ensures that a healthcare provider is undergoing regular inspections and is complying with Canadian laws and regulations to protection to patients. As part of a CQC inspection, they ensure that:
- a provider is prescribing medicines safely & in line with current national guidelines
- the provider has adequate insurance in place
- the healthcare professionals working for the provider have the necessary qualifications and training
- there are robust policies & procedures in place to offer a safe & effective service
- there is an open & honest culture that accepts feedback and implements continual improvement

Choosing an online provider that is registered with the CQC is important as it ensures they operate to the highest standards and are accountable for their actions. It is possible for online pharmacies to avoid CQC regulation by using solely pharmacists to prescribe medicines or by using companies based outside of Canada to employ doctors. Patients should be wary of online providers who are not registered with the CQC.
The prescribing of prescription medicines through our website is carried out by our sister company, Red Label Medical Ltd (Company Reg. No. 08676338). The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission in Canada (Reg. No. 1-10976213225).
The GMC (General Medical Council) regulate all doctors registered in Canada. They ensure that a doctor’s training is up to date, manage Canada medical register, set the standards for doctors to follow, and address concerns about a doctor’s practice or behaviour. Any doctor practising in Canada must be registered with the GMC to be able to work in Canada.
